Job Description

At Nansen, as a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of multiple projects and you will operate as one of the primary point of contact for clients.

You will support client teams across a number of areas, working alongside developers, designers, client managers, supporting the team’s efforts to identify, document, organize, and deliver on the client’s goals, expectations, and requirements. You will work with technology, product marketing, design, and engineering teams to shepherd a project from initial planning to launch and ultiplametly provide ongoing support and guidance to our clients.

You will help build positive, long-term client relationships and engage at a variety of levels within a client's organization, offering advice and assistance in areas such as project management, communication of creative concepts, release management, test management, problem solving, and agile engineering. You are a confident, organized communicator who is comfortable working with different teams at various levels of a complex business environment under deadline pressures.

You will work in the following areas...

Project and Product Management

  • Prioritize and assign tasks to internal and external team members
  • Plan and schedule team resources using our project management software
  • Assist with resource planning needs throughout the project
  • Uncover, define, and document project requirements and work items

Quality Assurance

  • Prepare for client demos using appropriate quality assurance procedures
  • Execute quality assurance and testing activities to support our QA/testing lead
  • Help ensure the solutions we build are ready for client review and delivery


  • Participate in regular team and client meetings
  • Effectively communicate relevant project information to internal and external stakeholders
  • Help prepare well-organized presentations
  • Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
  • Understand how to communicate difficult or sensitive information tactfully

Client Management

  • Always act as a representative of Nansen, communicating our values and capabilities
  • Effectively manage changing client needs and requirements
  • Review deliverables prepared by team before delivery to the client

Preferred Requirements and Experience

  • Basic knowledge of websites, computer systems, and content management systems are a plus
  • Experience in tools such as, Trello, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Figma are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, great time management skills, and attention to detail are critical
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to multitask.
  • Self-motivated and a passion to learn
  • Knowledge of good business practices
