Nansen’s team has grown significantly, with four new members joining in the last month. This expansion and the transition from remote work made it the perfect time to reintroduce NAPC. The conference, hosted at Hotel Zackary featured fun networking events and presentations from nearly every staff member ranging from recent client work to new tools and techniques.

Notable outside speakers included an SEO specialist and an executive from Fiddlershop, who shared the company’s digital transformation journey. A highlight was the Fridtjof Labs workshop, led by Nansen’s Jarett Arnold. Inspired by the company’s namesake, the session previewed upcoming innovation-focused initiatives, energizing the team and underscoring Nansen’s commitment to exploration and innovation.

“Bringing back NAPC this year was about more than reconnecting in person; it was about reigniting our team’s passion for innovation and collaboration,” said Markus Bereflod, Co-CEO of Nansen. “The energy and creativity we experienced at the event were truly inspiring and have set a positive tone for future events.”

NAPC 2022 reinforced Nansen’s dedication to fostering a vibrant company culture. Planning for NAPC 2023 is already underway, promising more opportunities for connection and growth.
